The Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment (AHW) is pleased to announce the call for nominations for the 2024 AHW Excellence Awards, recognizing outstanding achievements by AHW-funded partners in the fields of Collaboration, Transformation, and Health Equity.

We encourage you to nominate deserving individuals and organizations whose efforts have made a lasting impact on the health and well-being of Wisconsin communities. Together, let's celebrate and honor those who are truly advancing a healthier Wisconsin.

Eligibility Criteria:

Projects may be nominated by a peer or by oneself.
Nominees must have received funding from AHW.
The cited contributions toward the award category should be associated with AHW-funded work.
The nominee or representative should be able to attend the award ceremony on June 20, 2024.
